10 Minute Workout for your Core

Do each move for one minute. The moves where you do both sides, do 30 seconds each side. Complete the 5 moves through and then again for 10 minutes total.

1. Crunches

One minute of crunches. Be sure to keep your lower back glued to the floor and not pull on your neck!

2. Figure 4 Crunches

30 seconds each side. Again, lower back glued to the floor and don’t pull on your neck.

3. Reverse Crunches

Make a diamond shape with your hands and place it under your lower back. Lift and lower your legs to get that reverse crunch. You can have a slight bend in your legs or keep them straight. Do this move for one minute.

4. V-ups

30 seconds each side.

5. Side Jack Knives

30 seconds each side.
