If you follow me over on Instagram, you KNOW how much I’m obsessed with overnight oats! And if we’re not connected, let’s connect! @daniellemgodfrey And here’s the BEST part about this recipe… they’re SO easy (AND so yummy!) Plus there’s a million ways you could make it! Here are my top 3 favorite ways to make overnight oats easy.

Apple Pie Overnight Oats

If you like apple pie… you’re going to love this!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • Milk or non-dairy milk (I’ve use oat milk and almond milk)
  • Apples – chopped into bite size
  • Cinnamon
  • Peanut butter (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix the oats and maple syrup together. Pour enough milk on top that the oats are covered but not too soupy. Stir.
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon (as much as you want!) on top
  3. Let that sit in your fridge overnight (or make ahead for the whole week! I LOVE to use this as my meal prep for breakfast.)
  4. When you’re ready to eat, add your fruit and drizzle peanut butter on top!
  5. Enjoy!!

Berry Berry Overnight Oats

These berry overnight oats are SO yummy! AND you can make them so many ways depending on what berries you enjoy. Add one type of berry or add them all!

  • Berries – whatever you want! (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • Almond butter (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix the oats and maple syrup together. Pour enough milk on top that the oats are covered but not too soupy. Stir
  2. Let that sit in your fridge overnight (or make ahead for the whole week! I LOVE to use this as my meal prep for breakfast.)
  3. When you’re ready to eat, add your fruit and drizzle almond butter on top!
  4. Enjoy!!

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Overnight Oats

THIS is like eating dessert for breakfast! (Or you can save it for dessert, if you can wait that long!) This recipe also gives you some added superfoods with my favorite superfood formula!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • Chocolate superfoods
  • Milk or non-dairy milk (I’ve use oat milk and almond milk)
  • Strawberries – bite size

Directions:

  1. Mix the oats, chocolate superfoods powder and maple syrup together. Pour enough milk on top that the oats are covered but not too soupy. Stir.
  2. Let that sit in your fridge overnight (or make ahead for the whole week! I LOVE to use this as my meal prep for breakfast.)
  3. When you’re ready to eat, add your strawberries!
  4. Enjoy!!

Overnight Oats Easy Gut Friendly

I started eating overnight oats during a 4 week gut health program. (I actually used to see overnight oats on pinterest and Instagram and told myself that “I’d never like that.” Welllllll, I was completely wrong and now know I actually need to try things in order to say I don’t like them. But that’s beside the point!) This program eliminates common things that irritate your gut and two of those things are gluten and dairy. SO to make this gut friendly or accommodate any intolerances you may have, use gluten free rolled oats and stick to non-dairy milks!

I want to hear from you!

SO I want to hear from you! Which recipe out of my 3 sound the best? What will you try? What other ways do you like to enjoy your overnight oats?
