1. Cucumbers and Avocado

Or carrots and avocado! This is your healthy alternative to chips and guac. Slice your cucumbers, mash your avocado and add a dash of salt! If you’re prepping before and taking this snack to go, add a little lemon juice to keep your avocado fresh!

2. Carrots and Almond Butter

Okay okay I know this sounds weird but TRY it! I actually got this from my friend Dylan but she eats carrots with peanut butter. Before you judge just try it and let me know what you think!

3. Egg Cups

These are a PERFECT make ahead and bring to work for a snack or quick breakfast. When I was teaching, I used to eat a couple before starting the school day. These are super customizable which I love. Add veggies, add cheese or meat. Whatever you like! Bake and you’re set!

To make this an even easier to-go snack, store them in separate containers!

4. Air-fried Broccoli

This is more of an at home snack (I don’t think it would reheat or travel very well) BUT maybe you get hungry when you’re home from work or on the weekends and need a snack. Give air-fried broccoli a try! This is my favorite when I’m craving chips or something salty!

5. Seasonal Fruit Salad

Another suuuper simple and easy snack idea to take on the go or enjoy at home is a fruit salad. I like to grab 3 to 4 fruits that look good at the grocery store and cut them up over the weekend. I keep the bowl of seasonal fruit in my fridge to pick at during the week!

6. Protein Bites

I got this recipe from Christina at Run Lift and Eat and they are addicting! If you are a sweet tooth and love cookie dough this is a must! Packed with protein so they keep you full. I used my vanilla superfoods powder when I made them so they have some added nutrients as well!

7. Apples with Cinnamon

This is a take on apple pie! Slice up your apple (I like my slices super thin) and sprinkle cinnamon on top!
