5 Morning Essentials to Start Your Day off Right

When you start your day off right, there really is a huge difference in how you feel and how much you accomplish. I am a HUGE advocate for waking up at least an hour earlier than your kids and having time to yourself to start your day off right. Your morning routine doesn’t have to be anything complicated, just something that’s going to energize you and make you feel good for the day ahead! Here are my morning essentials that start my day off right!
Morning Supplements
After having water, I take these supplements first thing. They help wake me up and make me feel my best throughout the day!
Morning Health Shot – As a busy mom, working full-time(ish), I need to be as productive as possible, with the time I have at the office. This health shot helps me feel focused and clear throughout the entire day. The ingredients in this shot:
- Support your immune system
- Nourish brain health
- Defend against stress
- Provide healthy energy
Pre-workout – I’m actually obsessed with this pre-workout and don’t think I could live without it, ha! (But seriously!) I’ve pretty much replaced coffee with this green tea based, clean pre-workout. It gives me the energy I need to wake me up in the morning and the extra boost for my workout! It also doubles as an afternoon pick me up for that 2pm/3pm slump. Lemon is my hands down favorite flavor but strawberry lemonade is a close second!
Eye Patches
These eye patches help me feel more alert in the morning with their cool feel. The collagen and hydration helps with dark circles plus they just make you feel beautiful first thing in the morning! These have become a staple in my morning essentials.
Personal Growth
Personal growth has become such an important part of my life and especially my morning routine. Working on your mindset and personal development can truly change your entire life. I believe that when you work on yourself, everything else falls into place and you’re able to handle the hard things of life a little better and you’re able to appreciate the good parts of life a little deeper.
