At Home Workout No Equipment Needed

Need a workout you can do from home without equipment or with alternative equipment? Maybe you’re on a vacation, maybe you can’t find dumbbells to buy anywhere.. whatever the situation, I got you! Here are some free workouts that require no equipment.
Cardio – This is a 20 minute cardio workout! Follow the modifier (no step) for a no equipment workout.
Barre – This is a barre workout, small movements big burn! You do need light weights BUT if you don’t have any, use water bottles or cans as weights.
Guided Run – This is a guided run from a program that helps you train for a 5K in 30 days!
