Meal Prepping for Dinner
Personally, I don’t meal prep my dinners. I have a little more time in the evenings and really enjoy making dinners, plus I plan meals but like to mix and match depending on what I’m feeling like SO here are some easy meal prepping ideas for dinner.
I like to get an assortment of veggies and proteins to keep in my fridge for dinners for the week. Then each night, I pick a veggie or two and a protein to go with it.
Some of my favorites:
- Brussel sprouts and air-fried chicken
- Artichoke and steak
- Broccoli and salmon
- Air-fried cauliflower with a ground turkey tomato sauce
- Spaghetti squash with shrimp
I also keep stuff in the fridge to whip up an easy salad as a good side dish for dinner.
