As a mom of two littles, I get it. We are BUSY! Being a mama is an always on type of job, so I know you need something fast and effective. That’s why I’m bringing you these fast workouts! Let’s get you in and out, feeling good and seeing results in only 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week!

Fast Workouts: 20 Minute Workout Program

All the details:

  • 20 minute workouts
  • 5 days a week
  • 3 days of strength training using weights and bands
  • 2 days of cardio (optional cycle classes to replace one cardio day if you have a spin bike)
  • 2 nutrition programs to choose from – easy to implement, family friendly

This program was created with you (and me) in mind! We don’t have time to drive to the gym, mess around for an hour and drive home. Fast and effective workouts is what we need! We don’t want to have to get coverage for our kids or haul them to the gym daycare. You can do this entire program from home while they play around you!

My Story

I joined this community when I was 6 weeks postpartum. I had just had a baby and felt so uncomfortable in my skin. My goal was to lose some weight and gain some confidence. What I didn’t know is that it would change my life.

IT BECAME MORE THAN JUST A FITNESS COMMUNITY.

It didn’t take long for me to realize the power in this program. That the equation of fitness plus nutrition plus support is one that is unique and life-changing. So, I decided to partner with the company and share my journey in hopes to inspire others who were feeling like me, uncomfortable in their new body, wanting to be strong, more energetic, confident in their body.
