Being able to workout at home has been a huge benefit in my life. Before joining an at home workout program, I belonged to a fancy gym that I “just didn’t have the time to go to” or in reality, the motivation to go to.     When I started doing these workouts I was 6 weeks postpartum and before pregnancy had never made working out a priority. You can definitely say I was a beginner.     Free at Home Workout Videos

    If you enjoy going to workout classes or specialty fitness studios like barre or boxing, you will love this! When I had a gym membership and actually went, I had no clue what do to there. I liked going to classes but they never had the exact time I was looking for.

    Now, I simply pick a program and follow along with the trainer. Having access to these workout videos is like having access to my own class, my own personal trainer and at whatever time I am ready to work out.
