Health and wellness is a huge passion of mine! The main reason for this passion is because of the community I have attached to it! My wellness group is a community of women all working on their own goals WHILE supporting and cheering on others as they work on their goals. The accountability and community apart of this wellness group is the reason why I have been so consistent in working out and living my life with more purpose and joy.

Health and Wellness Group

I host a health and wellness group through a private app away from social media. This group is filled with women who are all working to be the best version of themselves. We all have different goals, have different jobs, are in different seasons of life but come together to support and cheer each other on with whatever we are working toward and accomplishing. Because of this group, I have met some amazing people who I now call friends.

About the Group

Each day, I post some kind of check in in the group. We have different themes per week and sometimes mini challenges to make things fun!
