Healthy Dessert Ideas for the Sweet Tooth

Raise your hand if you have a sweet tooth? Me too! And although I do give into my sweet tooth cravings sometimes, it’s always nice to have some healthy dessert options on hand! Check out these healthy dessert ideas and let me know what you try first!

Cookie Dough Protein Balls

This is one of my FAVORITE sweet treats and guilt free!

Ingredients:
– 2 cups oat flour
– 1/3 cup protein powder/superfoods powder (here’s my fav!)
– 1/2 cup nut butter (I use almond butter)
– 4 tablespoons maple syrup
– 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup milk (I use almond milk)
– 1/4-1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
– Mix dry ingredients together first
– Then, add other ingredient. Mixing until it forms a dough.
– Roll into balls and enjoy!
– Store in the refrigerator

Superfoods Milkshakes

Do you love milkshakes? These are tasty and healthy! There are so many ways to make them and different flavors depending on what you enjoy. Check out my favorite combo pack here.

My favorite ways to make them:
– Strawberry Cream: Vanilla superfoods, frozen strawberries, almond milk, almond butter – blended
– Reeses: Chocolate superfoods, almond milk, peanut butter – blended
– Coffee Frappuchino: Cafe Latte super foods, shot of espresso, and almond milk – blended

Cinnamon Apples

Slice some apples and sprinkle with cinnamon! Like an apple pie but healthy!

Another apple dessert to try is sliced apples, warmed peanut butter drizzled on top with mini chocolate chips! YUM!

Strawberries with Mini Chocolate Chips

This may be my favorite sweet and healthy dessert idea! I’m obsessed with chocolate covered strawberries and this is basically the same. Slice strawberries and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top! The besttttt!
