Beachbars are your healthy granola bar! Each bar is packed with protein and fiber and only 150 calories. I love to grab a beachbar as a snack when I'm in a hurry! My favorite flavors are peanut butter chocolate and chocolate almond crunch!

3 Day Refresh: This is a 3 day cleanse meant to break the cycle of bad eating habits, help you lose a few pounds and support healthy digestion. It comes with a guide explaining what you should eat and when plus recipes, shakes and a daily fiber sweep. I've done this refresh a few times and although mentally challenging, it makes you feel refreshed and overall healthier!
