I’m SO pumped to bring this post to you because my hubby and I have been obsessed with our air fryer and trying out new recipes. It’s quick, it’s easy and it’s healthier than if you were to fry something in oil. Check out our favorite air fryer dinner recipes and let me know if you try on or if you have one to add to our list!

Don’t have an air fryer yet? This is the one I have and LOVE.

Air Fryer Dinner Recipes Mains

We usually have a protein with our dinner so I tried out chicken and salmon in the air fryer and my goodness! Delicious!

Chicken – Season the chicken however you prefer. I like to use salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and brown sugar. Then air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes on both sides. Check to be sure your chicken is cooked through at 165 degrees. (Pro tip: use chicken thighs! They’re always juicier!!)

Salmon – Again, season how you prefer. *Coat with olive oil first so it doesn’t stick and get’s a little crisp to it! I like to use just salt and pepper to season or we have a Kinder’s lemon pepper that’s pretty bomb too! Air fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes on both sides or until cooked through (flakes easily).

Air Fryer Dinner Recipes Sides

Broccoli, Brussel sprouts or really ANY vegetable you want to roast/fry – Season with olive oil, salt and pepper (or I use The Blend by Kinder’s) and air fry at 375 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes. Depending on the veggie, size of veggie and desired crispiness, the time will vary SO what I do is start by air frying for 5 minutes and then pull out, shake around and put back in for another 5 minutes. Then, I’ll shorten the time I put it back in as it gets closer to being done!

Sweet Potato Fries – Cut sweet potatoes into “fry” shape (long and skinny). Season with olive oil and salt. I like to keep it simple with just salt but you could add any seasoning! Air fry at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Then, pull them out, shake around until they’re flipped and air fry for another 5 minutes. (Pro tip: Only put enough fries to cover the bottom of the air fryer, don’t over lap. You’ll probably have to do them in batches.)

Bonus: Appetizer

Zucchini Fries – Technically this could also be a side too! Cut your zucchini into “fry” shape. Mix equal parts bread crumbs, almond flour and parmesan into a bowl. Crack and scramble an egg. Dip zucchini into the egg bowl first then into the bread crumb mixture. Spread out in air fryer (again only one layer at a time). Air fry for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.
